Default System Roles & Permissions - Finalisation Team
The Finalisation Team is the person or persons who will be finalising, editing and submitting the task for approval to the Approval Manager. In some instances the Finalisation Team will be the same person as the Mobile Device User or may be a different person.
The FinalisationTeam is set by the Back Office Administrator when creating the task. If no Finalisation Team is set for a specific task of Finalising the Task will default to the Mobile Device User’s default Finalisation Manager.
