The Form Code is a unique reference to your specific Form Template in the Road Warrior Framework.

During Task Creation, the Form Template Code is used to specify which Form Template the Task needs to use to generate the Form.

Road Warrior will not create a Task if the Back Office Administrator enters a Form Code that Road Warrior does not recognize and/or that the Back Office Administrator does not have access to.
